The practice prides itself in the friendly and welcoming approach it offers clients. The business is led by Neil Lancaster who has the support of two dedicated assistants and a part time secretary.
Our aim is to try and keep things simple and straightforward. We feel that this helps keeps our costs down and therefore enables us to offer a competitive fee structure.
The business was initially started in 1977 by Brian Day. Neil Lancaster joined the business as a partner in 1988, now the sole owner he takes a hands on approach to all of the work undertaken by the firm.
We have built up a loyal client base many of whom have been using our services for many years. We have been assured that our competitive fees and friendly approach go some way to retaining many of our loyal clients.
